This weekend’s fruit update:

• We have plenty of delicious raspberries, blackberries, tayberries and gooseberries.
• We are short on sweet cherries this weekend. If you have a hankering for them we encourage you to wait a week or two for our late season sweet cherries to ripen. (Our early cherry varieties were picked in record speed (well done!) and our mid-season cherries have sadly been been damaged by birds).
• Our morello cherries are ripe and ready to be picked.
• Strawberries have mainly been picked out, but they will keep producing low amounts of fruit for the next few weeks.
