Fruit update: 26 July 24

Another quietish weekend coming up at the farm, but the plums are coming! Our Lancelot plums are ripening and you will find some good ripe fruit in the trees, but best to come from next week for peak Lancelot picking!

We have some redcurrants, and a few trays of blackcurrants left – please call ahead to check availability and to reserve your tray, we do not take reservations via social media.

Other plum and stone fruit varieties are coming along well – here’s a sneak peek at our ripening apriums (cross between an apricot and a plum).

And a look at our ripening greengages. These beauties will be ready towards the end of August.
